Access the Digital Business Card Dashboard

After logging into your Insight Gainer account, head over to the Digital Business Card section. If you’re new, you’ll see a clean dashboard with a message saying no cards exist yet.

Click the “+” button (top right corner) to create your first card.

Starting with a Digital Business Card ensures you’re always ready to share your details without carrying physical cards around. It also keeps your information editable and up to date.

Enter Your Basic Information

The Basic Information tab is where you lay the foundation of your card. Fill in:

  • First Name & Last Name – how you want your name displayed professionally.
  • Username – this creates a unique identifier for your card, making it easier to share digitally.
  • Powered By toggle – keep it on if you’d like Insight Gainer branding at the bottom of your card, or switch it off for a clean, personal look.

Add Your Professional Details

In the Professional Details tab, you build credibility and give context to who you are. Include:

In the Phone Numbers tab, you can add multiple contact options.
Select the type (Work, Mobile, Office, etc.).

  • Enter your number.
  • Click “+ Add Phone” if you’d like to include more than one.

Share Links & Social Media Profiles

Under the Links tab, add your website, blog, or portfolio.

Save, Preview & Share Your Card

Once your details are set, click Save.

  • Your card will now appear in the main dashboard.
