How to Start Using the Review Monitoring Insights

By setting up this feature, you can monitor reviews in real-time and use AI Summarization to quickly identify customer sentiment, pain points, and strengths.

Follow this step-by-step guide to get started with Review Monitoring Insights:

Access the Reviews Tab

From the main menu in Insight Gainer, navigate to CMR Audit → Reviews.
You’ll see different review source integrations such as Google, TripAdvisor, and TrustPilot.

Configure Google Reviews

• Source ID: Enter your Google Place ID or CID.
  
• Source Type: Select one of the following:
  
  • Place ID (a unique identifier for your Google business profile)
    
  • CID (Google Customer Identification number)
    
• Frequency: Choose how often Insight Gainer should scan for new reviews (daily, weekly, monthly).
  
• Location: Select your target location (default is the United States).
  
• Language: Pick the language you want the system to fetch reviews in.
  
• Toggle Run Scan to start monitoring Google reviews.
  

Configure TripAdvisor Reviews

• Source ID: Enter either the TripAdvisor URL Path or a Keyword.
  
• Source Type: Select one of the following:
  
  • URL Path (direct link to your TripAdvisor business listing)

• Frequency: Select how often Insight Gainer should fetch reviews.

Configure TrustPilot Reviews

Enable AI Summarization

For each platform, Insight Gainer offers AI Summarization:

• Select a Frequency for generating AI summaries.

Save Your Settings

Once all fields are filled out, click Save in the bottom-right corner.
